Mission To ensure seamless coordination across leads, demos, and sales processes by supporting the Sales team with scheduling, tracking, follow-ups, and CRM management thereby improving conversion rates, reducing leakages, and ensuring operational efficiency in the sales funnel.

Outcomes

Product Demonstration Coordination & Scheduling

- Ensure 100% demos are properly scheduled, confirmed, and tracked.
- Coordinate between Tele-caller and Sales team for smooth product demonstration flow.
- Maintain daily demo calendar with zero conflicts or overlaps.

Product Demonstration Attendance & Follow-Ups

- Ensure 85%+ demo attendance rate through timely confirmations and reminders.
- Conduct pre-demo and post-demo follow-ups with all prospects.
- Reschedule missed demos and ensure re-engagement.

Sales Pipeline Management

- Maintain accurate and real-time CRM updates across all stages: (First Call Demo Founder Call Quotation Closure).

- Ensure zero data gaps in pipeline tracking.
- Track movement of each lead and highlight stuck deals.





Sales Team Support

- Support Sales team with:

- Proposal / quotation coordination

- Sharing documents and presentations
- Follow-up reminders for key prospects
- Ensure Sales team focuses on winning, not coordination.

Reporting & Visibility

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

- Highlight key insights

- Conversion ratios

- Drop-off stages
- No-show trends
- Provide visibility to management on funnel performance.

Lead & Data Management

- Ensure proper lead tagging, segmentation, and allocation.

- Maintain a clean and structured database of all leads.
- Avoid duplication and data inconsistencies.

Key Metrics / Scorecard

- Demo attendance rate (%)

- Demo scheduling accuracy (no overlaps/errors)
- CRM data accuracy & completeness (%)
- Pipeline hygiene score
- Follow-up completion rate (%)
- Reduction in lost / untracked leads

- Conversion improvement across stages
- Reporting accuracy and timeliness
