We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator with 2–5 years of relevant experience, preferably from the Electrical Panel Manufacturing Industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
- Handle sales enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documents and records.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain customer databases and sales reports.
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer queries and provide regular updates.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Maintain proper records in ERP/software and Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination.
- Experience in the Electrical Panel Industry is preferred/required.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, email, and basic ERP systems.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Positive coordination and documentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple customer orders and enquiries.
- Graduate/Diploma qualification preferred.

Salary Range-₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Preferred Candidates: Candidates with prior experience in Electrical Panel Manufacturing / Electrical Switchgear Industry will be given preference.
