We’re looking for a proactive and well-organised Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.
Location: Chennai
Experience: 1–3 Years
Role: Sales Coordinator – Inside Sales
Languages: English, Tamil and Hindi (Mandatory)
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries, and order processing
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, and internal teams
- Follow up on orders and ensure timely execution
- Maintain sales data and prepare reports
- Support the sales team with customer communication and coordination.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Inside Sales, or Sales Support
- Positive communication and Hindi speaking is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Word
- Strong follow-up and and coordination skills
- Customer-focused approach and attention to detail
