Sales Coordinator

Location: Heera Bagh, Patiala

Experience: 2–4 Years | Full-Time

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with strong skills in lead generation, customer relationship management, negotiation, and sales follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Reconnect and recover lost/inactive clients.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and dealers.
- Handle follow-ups, quotations, orders, and repeat business.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain customer/lead records and prepare sales reports.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets.

Required Skills: Good communication, negotiation, convincing ability, lead generation, customer handling, follow-up, and basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM. Preferred: Experience in Paints, Chemicals, FMCG, Manufacturing, or B2B Sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
