Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective participants, converting inquiries into registrations, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, social media, referrals, and other marketing channels.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Explain Lansky Productions' events, beauty pageants, and registration process to prospective clients.
- Convert inquiries into successful registrations by achieving monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales journey.
- Follow up with interested candidates and ensure timely communication.




- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions using CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update management on sales activities.
- Represent the company professionally during events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Customer Relationship Management, or Admissions Counseling.
- Experience in the fashion, beauty, events, education, hospitality, or service industry will be an added advantage.
