Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a confident personality, and experience in handling customers and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable offerings.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain regular communication with customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales calling, telecalling, or inside sales.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
- Positive follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Experience in a spiritual, astrology, wellness, religious, or related industry will be an added advantage.
