Company Description ICICI Pension Fund is a wholly owned subsidiary of ICICI Bank Limited and operates as a registered pension fund manager under the National Pension System (NPS), a voluntary defined contribution retirement scheme regulated by the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA). Since commencing operations in May 2009, the company has been managing pension assets for a diverse base of NPS subscribers.

ICICI Pension Fund is also approved by PFRDA to act as a Point of Presence (POP).

? Key Responsibilities

- Drive NPS business through the partner bank channel.
- Attend daily morning huddles with bank teams and drive business through the team.
- Visit PSU bank branches to drive PFM shifting and new NPS business.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with bank officials and key stakeholders.




- Conduct NPS product training and awareness sessions for bank teams.
- Track business performance, follow-ups and daily reporting.
- Extensive daily field travel within the city as per business requirements and assigned priorities.

? Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in BFSI sales, banking or relationship management preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Business development and target-oriented approach.

- Ability to independently manage field activities and drive business.
