Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Srinagar.

The Sales

Associate will engage with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products such as personal loans, home loans, credit cards, and other services available on Wishfin.com’s marketplace. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining product features and eligibility, assisting customers in completing applications, and following up to ensure timely processing and conversion. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system,



coordinating with banking partners and internal teams, and meeting individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.

The Sales

Associate will also stay updated on product changes, market trends, and partner offerings to provide informed guidance to customers.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial products clearly and build trust with customers.
- Sales and negotiation capabilities, including experience in telesales, field sales, or customer acquisition in financial services or related sectors.
- Basic understanding of banking and consumer finance products (loans, credit cards, credit scores) and willingness to learn more.
- Ability to work with CRM tools and MS Office, maintain accurate data, and follow structured processes.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively within a team.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in fintech, banking, NBFCs, or BPO/call center environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfort working in an in office, fast-paced environment in Srinagar and flexibility to work standard sales shifts.
