Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohali & Noida. This role involves engaging with prospective buyers and investors, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable property options from Terra Rex Realty’s portfolio.

The Sales

Associate will conduct property visits, follow up on leads, manage client communications, and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, supporting the negotiation and closing process, and ensuring a smooth client experience from initial inquiry through to final purchase.



The role also requires staying informed about market trends and developments in Terra Rex Realty’s operating regions to provide informed guidance to clients.

Qualifications

- Robust client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to listen, understand requirements, and explain property details clearly.
- Sales and negotiation capabilities, with experience in lead follow-up, deal closing, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client inquiries, property visits, and documentation efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of real estate markets, preferably within Chandigarh and surrounding regions, with willingness to learn about Terra Rex Realty’s other locations.
- Comfort with using phones, email, and common office software or CRM tools to manage leads and maintain records.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Chandigarh, including flexibility to meet clients during evenings or weekends when required.
- Professional, ethical approach to sales, with a focus on providing transparent and reliable information to clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles is preferred but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
