Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

The Sales

Associate will identify and qualify prospective clients in the healthcare and medical imaging sectors, schedule and conduct meetings or product demonstrations, and support the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Daily responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing customers, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with technical and product teams to address client requirements.



The role also involves tracking sales activities in CRM tools, meeting defined sales targets, participating in industry events or client visits, and providing feedback from the market to help refine product positioning and sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Robust sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Knowledge of healthcare, medical imaging, or telehealth domains, or a strong interest in learning about healthcare technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including confidence in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or sales tracking tools, with good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work on-site, travel within the Kolkata metropolitan area as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in B2B or healthcare sales is an advantage.
