Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Navi Mumbai.

The Sales

Associate will engage with healthcare clients and customers, present products and services, and support the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily responsibilities include visiting or contacting prospective and existing clients, explaining product features and benefits, preparing quotations, and following up on inquiries. The role involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities, updating customer information, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

Associate will also monitor market trends, gather customer feedback,



and contribute ideas to improve sales performance and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Ability to build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide clear, solution-oriented product information.
- Strong communication skills, including confident presentation, active listening, and professional interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency with sales tools and office software (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and online meeting platforms).
- Organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation with attention to detail and timeliness.
- Motivation to work in a target-driven environment, with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing sales.
- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices, is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working in office in Navi Mumbai and willingness to travel locally for client meetings as required.
