We are seeking a passionate and dedicated business development executive to join our team. The BDE will play a crucial role in guiding students and working professionals through the education and career planning process. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of educational pathways, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide personalised guidance to help students achieve their academic and career goals. Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students and parents to understand their educational and career aspirations.
- Assess students' academic backgrounds, interests, strengths, and weaknesses to recommend suitable courses and programs.




- Guide students through the college/university application process, including selecting appropriate institutions and programs, preparing application materials, and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on the latest educational trends, programs, and scholarship opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and organised records of student interactions, counselling sessions, and progress.
- Stay informed about the admission requirements, application procedures, and eligibility criteria of different educational institutions.
- Help students explore potential career paths and align their academic choices with their long-term goals.
