About Role:

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to counsel prospective students and help them choose the right Online Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs. The role involves understanding students' academic and career objectives, providing personalized course recommendations, and guiding them through the admission process to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

Key Responsibilities:





- Engage with prospective students and advise them on suitable Online UG/PG programs offered by partner universities.
- Assess students' career aspirations and recommend the most appropriate academic options.
- Build and maintain relationships with leads through regular follow-ups via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets by effectively converting inquiries into enrollments.
- Work closely with the operations and support teams to ensure seamless admissions and student onboarding.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in EdTech sales, preferably in Online UG/PG programs.
- Strong communication, counseling, sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
