Role Overview

Arvico Rubber Industries is looking for a proactive and results driven Sales Associate to strengthen our B2B sales and business development activities. The role will involve following up on quotations, developing new customer accounts, identifying potential OEMs and industrial buyers, and converting qualified opportunities into meaningful business. We are looking for someone who understands that the objective is not simply to generate leads, but to bring relevant customers and quality orders to the company.

Important: Performance will be measured by the quality and conversion of opportunities and orders, not simply by the number of calls or leads generated.

Requirements





- Confident and comfortable communicating with B2B customers.
- Persistent with follow-ups without being overly aggressive.
- Good at building professional relationships.
- Proactive in finding new business opportunities.
- Comfortable speaking with purchasing, procurement, production and engineering teams.
- Able to understand basic industrial products and customer requirements.
- Good with Excel/Google Sheets and maintaining sales records.
- Target-oriented and commercially aware.

Preferred: 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, industrial sales, engineering products, rubber/plastic products, machinery, components, or a related manufacturing industry. Freshers with strong communication and sales ability may also be considered.

This position is open only to candidates based in Mumbai
