Role Description The Sales Application Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their technical and operational requirements, proposing suitable solutions, and preparing technical and commercial offers.

The Sales Application

Engineer will collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure proposed systems are feasible, properly configured, and aligned with customer expectations. Daily activities include conducting product demonstrations, providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support, assisting in project scoping,



and responding to inquiries and RFQs. The role also includes maintaining accurate sales documentation, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement of products and applications.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to translate customer needs into practical solutions.
- Strong Technical Support capabilities, including troubleshooting, customer training, and after-sales assistance.
- Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering relevant to industrial equipment and automation systems.
- Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles for material handling and process equipment design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in industrial automation, material handling systems, or capital equipment sales is an advantage.
