Role Overview In this role, you will be the bridge between customer satisfaction and revenue growth. You will handle a mix of real-time voice calls and digital chat interactions, focusing on retaining at-risk international accounts, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and upselling premium plans.

Job Criteria

- Experience: Minimum 6 months in an International Voice or Semi-Voice Process with a proven track record in Sales, Customer Retention, Upselling, or Cross-selling.
- Skills: Elite verbal and written English communication with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Background: Solid grasp of chat etiquette, active listening, and consultative selling techniques.
- Documents:



Must hold valid, proper relieving documents from your previous organization matching your UAN.
- Education: Any Undergraduate degree, HSC, or Diploma holder.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred. Must be available to join within 15 days.

- Salary: CTC 3.0 to 5.5 LPA + Performance-Based Sales Incentives (Final CTC varies based on experience).
- Shifts: Ready to work in adaptable international rotational shifts.
