Role Description The Sales and Operations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing sales activities while managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities in commercial and residential construction segments. The manager will coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams to align operational plans with client requirements, monitor order fulfillment, and optimize processes for quality, cost, and timelines.





Daily duties include tracking sales performance, preparing reports, forecasting demand, and addressing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in service levels. The role also requires close collaboration with senior leadership to align sales and operational goals with the company’s strategic direction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, with experience in coordinating production, logistics, and project delivery.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, operational metrics, and market trends for informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring responsive support and long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in construction materials, building products, or industrial manufacturing is beneficial.
- Proven track record in sales management, account management, or business development is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field is desirable.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work on-site in Chennai, and readiness to visit customer locations and project sites as needed.
