Role – Sales & Marketing Specialist

Reports To: Operations Manager / Managing Director

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualification

- MBA / BBA in Marketing
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare or hospital marketing preferred
- Experience in digital marketing, community outreach, and referral marketing will be an added advantage

Job Summary The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the hospital’s services, building the hospital brand, driving patient acquisition, and developing strong relationships with doctors, corporates, insurance partners, and the local community through both offline and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Acquisition & Revenue Growth

- Drive patient volume (Outpatient/OPD and Inpatient/IPD admissions) to meet monthly and annual revenue goals.
- Promote specialized clinical departments, wellness check-up packages, and specialized surgical services.

Referral & Institutional Sales

- Build and manage solid professional relationships with general practitioners (GPs), local clinics, and consulting physicians to drive patient referrals.




- Tie up with corporate firms, TPA/insurance desks, and third-party administrators for empanelment and employee healthcare benefits.

Branding & Campaigns

- Plan and execute local marketing activities, including free health check-up camps, public awareness seminars, and community campaigns.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, social media engagement, and reputation management in coordination with the central media team.

Market Research & Reporting

- Evaluate & monitor competitor ecosystem.
- Maintain CRM databases and submit daily/weekly reports on referral conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
