Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving business growth and brand visibility for Numen Piping Inc. This role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. The specialist will develop and implement marketing campaigns, prepare sales presentations and proposals, and coordinate digital and offline marketing activities to promote products and services in key industrial sectors.





Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, maintaining accurate sales records, collaborating with internal teams on pricing and delivery schedules, and providing product information and support to clients. The role also includes organizing and delivering training or product sessions for customers and internal stakeholders to enhance understanding of the company’s offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management abilities to manage pipelines, negotiate deals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Relevant experience in industrial products, piping, or related sectors (e.g., oil and gas, petrochemicals, manufacturing) is beneficial
- Ability to analyze market trends, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic marketing plans is preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic digital marketing practices is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
