Hiring: Sales & Business Development Executive

We’re looking for a smart, confident and result-oriented Sales Person who can bring new clients, understand their content/marketing requirements, and close deals.

What You’ll Do

- Find and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and email
- Make calls to founders, brands, creators and businesses and pitch our services
- Understand the client's business, content strategy and marketing requirements
- Explain how organic content, personal branding, social media and ad films can help them grow
- Conduct sales calls/meetings and convert leads into paying clients
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a sales pipeline
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with the internal content/creative team
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets





Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of sales/business development experience preferred
- Strong english communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and talking to decision-makers
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, content marketing, personal branding and digital advertising
- Should understand what makes content engaging, relatable and high-performing
- Smart enough to understand a client's business and identify what they actually need
- Confident, ambitious and hungry to close deals
- Good Hindi + English communication skills
- Agency, media, advertising, content or digital marketing experience is a big plus

ImportantWe are not looking for someone who only knows traditional sales. You should be able to have a conversation with a founder or marketing head about content, reels, social media, personal branding, ad films and digital marketing and make them understand why they should work with us.
