Independent B2B Sales Representative | Remote | Commission-Based

We are looking for experienced B2B Sales Representatives to support the international growth of a software company serving small and medium-sized businesses.

This opportunity is best suited to independent sales professionals who are confident generating their own opportunities and managing the sales process from initial outreach through closing.

Responsibilities

- Identify and approach qualified business prospects
- Connect with business owners and decision-makers
- Conduct qualified sales conversations and follow-ups
- Present the solution based on the prospect's business needs
- Convert qualified prospects into paying customers
- Maintain clear records of prospects and closed accounts

What We're Looking For

- Previous B2B sales experience
- Experience selling SaaS, software, digital services, or business solutions is preferred
- Strong prospecting and communication skills
- Comfortable with cold calling, email, LinkedIn outreach, or direct prospecting




- Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline
- Professional English communication

Compensation

This is an independent, commission-based opportunity, not a salaried position.

Commission is earned on qualified paying customers successfully acquired. The complete commission structure, payment terms, customer qualification requirements, and sales process will be explained before engagement begins.

There is no fixed schedule or geographical restriction.

High-performing representatives may have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as the sales operation expands.
