Role Description The Sales and Marketing Assistant role is a remote based, affiliate based contract position. This role supports the development and execution of sales and marketing activities, including assisting with lead generation, follow-ups and maintaining Digital platforms, tracking tools. The Sales and Marketing Assistant helps coordinate campaign activities and contribute to social media and outreach efforts aligned with brand and marketing strategies.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, supporting client communication, handling inquiries and collaborating with the founder to ensure consistent messaging and strong client relationships.

The role offers exposure to early-stage brand-building work for healthcare clients and other startups, with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-evolving workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals and social media.
- Connect with clinics, doctors, startups and business owners.
- Understand client requirements and introduce suitable branding and marketing solutions.
- Schedule meetings for the management team when required.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain lead records using CRM or spreadsheets, and social media platforms.
- Represent Nicks Speakerbox professionally in every client interaction.

Compensation

At Nicks Speakerbox, we believe in complete transparency and reward based on performances.





Base Pay: ₹5,000 per month (based on performance and contribution).

Performance Incentives

- Earn up to 20% commission on every successfully closed deal.
- There is no cap on incentives, allowing high performers to significantly increase their earnings.

As the company grows, compensation structures and career opportunities will continue to evolve converting to full time employment with upto 6 LPA.
