We’re looking for a smart, confident and ambitious Sales & Marketing Intern who wants to learn real-world sales, client acquisition and digital marketing while helping us bring new clients to the agency.

What You’ll Do

- Find potential clients through cold calling, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and email
- Reach out to founders, brands, creators and businesses
- Pitch Growthflix Media’s services and generate qualified leads
- Understand a prospect’s business, marketing goals and content requirements
- Explain how organic content, personal branding, social media and ad films can help businesses grow
- Schedule and assist with sales calls and meetings
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a proper sales pipeline
- Help prepare proposals and coordinate with the internal content & creative team
- Build relationships with potential clients
- Work towards monthly lead generation and sales targets

Who We’re Looking For
- Strong English communication and convincing skills




- Good Hindi + English communication
- Confident speaking on calls and comfortable with cold calling
- Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, content marketing, personal branding and digital marketing
- Someone who understands what makes content engaging, relatable and high-performing
- Smart enough to understand a client's business and identify what they actually need
- Energetic, ambitious and hungry to learn and close deals
- Comfortable speaking with founders, business owners and decision-makers
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, content or digital marketing is a plus

Important:You don’t need to be an expert in sales, but you should be able to learn quickly, communicate confidently and understand the basics of content and social media. You should be comfortable having conversations with founders or marketing heads about content, reels, social media, personal branding, ad films and digital marketing.
