This is a unique hybrid role combining Retail Sales and Local Marketing.

Work Schedule (6 Days a Week)

Friday - Sunday:

- Drive in-store sales
- Engage with customers
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience

Monday - Thursday:

- Build relationships with local schools, RWAs, and societies
- Conduct on-ground marketing activities
- Generate store awareness and increase customer footfall

What We're Looking For
- 13 years of experience in Sales, Retail, Marketing, Field Sales, or Business Development
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with field outreach and local networking
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and field orientation can also apply
