Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and results-driven Sales and Marketing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and brand awareness. You will lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, coordinate efforts, and ensure alignment with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that marketing efforts align with product launches and updates.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and digital content to promote our products or services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, and ensure effective follow-up with potential customers.




- Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing activities to the senior management team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually innovate our sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare proposals, taking responsibility for all bid costing, accuracy, and quality.

Key Competencies

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in engineering or process industry sector, preferably with thermal, water, process, automobile, oil & gas, etc.
- Ability to acquire customer trust, understanding of different cultures, and following business ethics are basic traits of this job requirement.

Salary & Compensation

- Salary Scale: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 + Incentives + Allowances

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: B. Tech / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation
- Experience: 2+ Years
