Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive based in Ghaziabad. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and responding to inquiries from industrial clients. The Sales and Marketing Executive will prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

Daily tasks include market research, competitor analysis, and the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote the company’s products. The role also requires regular reporting on sales performance,



participation in industry events or client visits, and collaboration with management to meet revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer partnerships.

Knowledge of basic marketing concepts, including market research, campaign development, and product promotion in an industrial or B2B context.

Comfort with data analysis and reporting, including tracking leads, preparing sales forecasts, and using spreadsheets or CRM tools.

Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical products clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Ability to work on-site in an industrial workplace, coordinate with production teams, and manage time and priorities independently.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred;

experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sales is an advantage.

Proficiency in English and Hindi; familiarity with the local market around Ghaziabad and the broader Uttar Pradesh industrial region is beneficial.
