– Sales & Digital Marketing Executive/Manager

Location: Bangalore (Hebbal)

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred) Roles & Responsibilities

Sales

Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and referrals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets.

Track and analyze sales performance, providing insights on market trends and competition.

Digital Marketing

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).

Manage social media presence, content calendars, and engagement activities.

Optimize SEO/SEM to improve website visibility and lead generation.

Execute targeted email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.

Track campaign performance using analytics tools and present insights with improvement plans.

Collaborate with sales teams to convert digital leads into paying customers.

Key Skills Required

Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.





Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO/SEM, and paid campaigns.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital analytics platforms.

Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
