Job Title: Sales Executive / Advisor

Job Type: Full-Time, On-site

Location: Goldwins, Coimbatore

Workdays & Timings: Monday – Saturday, 10.00 am – 7.00 pm

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month + Incentives (based on experience and performance)

Probation Period: 3 months

Role Description:

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will play a key role in converting high-ticket leads in our CRM, engaging walk-in customers, managing inquiries, and driving sales. This role requires a strong customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently position specialized protection and detailing solutions. Candidates with robust sales acumen and a passion for client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Needs Assessment & Recommendation: Engage with potential clients and walk-in customers, understand their specific goals and budget, and recommend the most suitable services.
- Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries into sales by effectively communicating the benefits of specialized protection and detailing services, and customizing packages to meet individual needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, follow up proactively, and ensure consistent support and satisfaction throughout the service process.




- Sales Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and satisfaction levels to refine strategies and improve client experience.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of B2C sales experience (Freshers with strong passion for sales and client service may also apply).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close high-value sales.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Quick learner with the ability to understand technical details of car care services..

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
