– Sales Coordinator
Job Purpose
Provide sales and customer support to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Process sales orders and prepare invoices.
Maintain customer and sales records.
Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and other departments.
Handle customer queries and follow-ups.
Prepare sales reports and required documents.
Support the sales team in daily activities.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
Graduate in any relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination/Customer Support.
Positive communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM/ERP.
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Customer-focused and good follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
