Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Identity Consultant Role Design & Segregation of Duties (SoD) with strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), Identity Governance, Role Design, and Segregation of Duties.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in SoD policy configuration, toxic combination analysis, role mining, entitlement mapping, risk analysis, and remediation of access violations within enterprise IAM environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls and policies using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Perform SoD risk analysis and toxic combination identification across enterprise applications and business processes.

Conduct role mining and role design to identify appropriate business and functional roles.

Perform role-to-entitlement mapping and analyze access relationships to identify potential SoD conflicts.

Create and maintain risk matrices and define access risk levels based on business and security requirements.

Configure and manage SoD policies/rules in SailPoint IdentityIQ and support governance processes.

Analyze SoD violations, investigate conflicting access, and coordinate remediation or approved exception handling.

Work with application owners, business stakeholders, security teams,



and IAM teams to validate roles, entitlements, and access risks.

Support access certification, entitlement reviews, RBAC, least-privilege, and IAM governance activities.

Prepare functional documentation, risk analysis reports, control documentation, and compliance evidence for audit requirements.

Experience with SailPoint IIQ application onboarding and configuration

Knowledge of Access Certifications and Access Reviews

Understanding of compliance frameworks and IAM controls

Experience working with enterprise IAM consulting environments

Knowledge of least-privilege access models and access governance

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation/configuration experience and strong exposure to SoD, Role Mining, RBAC, Toxic Combinations, and access risk management are preferred.

Candidates with only audit, access review, business analyst, or general IAM support experience without hands-on SailPoint IIQ experience will not be considered.
