Position: Safety Supervisor

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Experience Required: 3 Years in Safety Supervision

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Safety Supervisor to oversee and maintain safety standards at construction project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety procedures, conducting regular site inspections, identifying hazards, and implementing corrective measures.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily site activities and ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards and risks.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and other safety equipment by all workers.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and worker safety awareness programs.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, incident reports, and other required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable construction safety standards and client safety requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, workers, and client safety personnel.
- Investigate and report accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, access, barricading, scaffolding,



work-at-height, and other site safety requirements.
- Take immediate corrective action in case of unsafe practices or conditions.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Safety Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Relevant Safety Supervisor / Industrial Safety training certification is mandatory.
- Knowledge of construction site safety practices, PPE, work-at-height safety, scaffolding, and basic emergency procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently monitor and manage safety requirements at an active construction site.
- Candidates with experience in waterproofing, civil, or building construction projects will be preferred.

Job Location & Timing

Full-Time | On-Site

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
