Role Description The Safety Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for supporting and implementing safety programs, conducting workplace inspections, and identifying potential hazards across client locations and internal operations.

The Safety

Specialist will monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintain safety documentation and records, and assist in the development and updating of safety policies and procedures.Also selling safety ppe whoch are high quality safet equipments .Daily work includes delivering safety training sessions, coordinating with operations and management teams on corrective actions,



and participating in accident investigations and root-cause analysis. Connecting with hse department of diffrent comapnies The role also involves advising stakeholders on appropriate safety equipment and solutions to help clients maintain secure, compliant workplaces.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Occupational Health principles and practices.
- Experience with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) programs, including regulatory compliance and risk assessments.
- Demonstrated ability in Safety Training, including designing and delivering safety awareness sessions and toolbox talks.
- Hands-on experience with Accident Investigation, incident reporting, and corrective/preventive action planning.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional safety certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) are preferred.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with industrial safety products and PPE solutions is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and visit client locations as required.
