Position: Safety Officer

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Industry: Telecom / Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct regular safety inspections at project and work sites.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor safe working practices, including work at height, tower climbing, electrical work, and material handling.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions for site personnel.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and other safety equipment at work sites.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, incident reports, and related documentation.
- Support the investigation and reporting of accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.




- Coordinate with site teams to improve overall safety standards.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification is mandatory.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Key Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.
- Ability to work at project sites and coordinate with field teams.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel to project locations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
