It combines stock discovery, AI-powered insights, screeners, portfolio tools, IPO analysis, and simplified equity/FO trading in a single platform. Design and develop high-performance backend services primarily in Rust. Build asynchronous, event-driven systems with a strong focus on performance and scalability. Design scalable distributed systems for real-time market data and trading. Optimise applications for latency, throughput, CPU, and memory efficiency. Design APIs and internal communication layers. Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews. Looking for a Backend Engineer with 4-6 years of production Rust experience to build high-performance, low-latency backend systems for a real-time trading platform. The role focuses on concurrent and asynchronous programming, distributed systems, real-time market data, performance optimization, and scalable backend architecture. Trading/FinTech experience is highly preferred, with exposure to Go, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, ClickHouse, Docker, and Kubernetes being a plus.
