Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Identify and analyze business processes for automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive and time-consuming tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve RPA bot issues.
- Collaborate with other IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest UiPath features and best practices.
- Participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- To be able to train junior resources

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proficiency in UiPath and RPA development.
- Strong experience in process automation and bot design.
- Good knowledge of business process analysis and identifying automation opportunities.




- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA bots.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies .
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Ability to train and mentor junior resources, with a focus on skill development.
- Knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and Robot is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with other automation tools and scripting languages is a plus.
