3.100% compliance in MHE & Form-10 of lifting tools / tackles
- On time MTR for fixtures to be delivered - 100%

5.100% RCA / PA for major defective fixture delivered to users & rework
- Updation of SCR status IP/NS/SNET - 100%
- STR request on time - 100%
- Machining request - 100% on time
- Rolling request - 100% on time
- Monthly provision - 100%
- PPO for FFY related ARC & services on time - 100%

12.100% participative detailing of major fixture drgs with contractors before start - full kit management




- Spot check for weld visuals once in month - zero welding defect
- SCR weight certification w.r.t ARC.
- Closing of SCR with correct remark, completion date & actual weight within week of completion- 100%

1.2 Innovation and Digitalization
- Review of delivery date of fixtures w.r.t RTS date of tasks
