Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer / RPA Lead with strong hands-on expertise in UiPath and enterprise automation. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of application development experience and 5+ years of relevant RPA experience, with strong programming, integration, troubleshooting, and team leadership capabilities.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, API/SQL integrations, and complex end-to-end automation development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support end-to-end RPA solutions.
- Design and implement software robotics and process automation aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop complex automations using UiPath and follow scalable automation architecture and development standards.
- Work extensively with REFramework, API integrations, SQL integrations, and performance optimization.
- Perform unit testing, end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.
- Lead and mentor an RPA development team throughout the SDLC.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions.
- Participate in automation innovation and development of current automation offerings.




- Work using Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
- Manage multiple automation projects, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Follow UiPath development best practices and ensure scalable and maintainable automations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.

Preferred candidate profile

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of application development experience
- 5+ years of UiPath / RPA experience
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
- Strong knowledge of REFramework
- Experience with API and SQL integrations
- Strong programming experience in one or more of C#, Java, C++
- Experience with SQL, XML, and JSON
- Scripting knowledge in Python, Perl, VB/VBScript, Shell scripting
- Knowledge of Windows, UNIX, and Linux
- Strong development, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience handling complex automation projects
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have
- Hands-on experience with UiPath IDP / Document Understanding
- Experience with UiPath IXP / Communication Mining
- Experience with UiPath Cloud
- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification (UiARD)
- Experience leading or mentoring RPA development teams
