Role Overview: We are looking for a Support Engineer Blue Prism to support and maintain Blue Prism production environments for enterprise clients. The role focuses on Blue Prism infrastructure, administration, production support, troubleshooting, upgrades, and platform stability.

The role requires strong hands-on Blue Prism experience, good infrastructure and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work directly with technical teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day support and administration of Blue Prism production environments.
- Administer and maintain the Blue Prism platform.
- Manage Blue Prism Application Servers, Runtime Resources, Hub, Authentication Server, and related infrastructure.
- Perform Blue Prism installations, upgrades, patching, configuration, and setting maintenance.
- Monitor Blue Prism platform health, availability, performance, and stability.
- Troubleshoot Blue Prism process, runtime, Application Server, database, authentication, network, and operating system issues.
- Analyse Blue Prism and system logs to identify root causes and resolve production incidents.
- Support deployments, service restarts, environment health checks, and routine maintenance.
- Manage and troubleshoot Blue Prism database connectivity and related infrastructure issues.
- Support Active Directory, SSO, certificates, service accounts, and access-related configurations.
- Identify recurring issues and implement or recommend permanent fixes and platform improvements.
- Support Blue Prism upgrades, migrations, and version transitions.
- Work with infrastructure, database, security, and networking teams to resolve complex production issues.




- Provide technical support and clear communication to enterprise clients and stakeholders.

Required Experience

- Hands-on experience supporting or administering Blue Prism in production environments.
- Strong understanding of Blue Prism architecture and infrastructure.
- Experience managing Blue Prism Application Server, Runtime Resources, Hub, and Authentication Server.
- Hands-on experience with Blue Prism installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting.
