Roles and Responsibility

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in managing room service teams or similar roles in the hospitality industry.

- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

- Robust attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
