Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Robotics Trainer to conduct Robotics, STEM, Coding,

and Electronics training sessions for students from 1st Standard to 10th Standard. The candidate should be capable of engaging young learners through hands-on activities, practical demonstrations, and project-based learning while fostering creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging Robotics and STEM classes for students from Grade 1 to Grade 10.
- Teach basic to intermediate concepts of Robotics, Electronics, Sensors, Arduino, and

Coding.
- Develop and deliver interactive lesson plans and practical activities.
- Guide students in robotics projects, experiments, and competitions.
- Maintain robotics kits, components, and training equipment.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Organize workshops, demonstrations, exhibitions, and STEM events.
- Encourage problem-solving, creativity, and teamwork among students.
- Ensure a fun, safe, and effective learning environment.




- Take workshops in school or nearby schools.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Robotics, Arduino, Electronics, and Embedded Systems.
- Understanding of electronic components, sensors, and circuits.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to school students in a simple manner.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.E./B.Tech BCA, MCA
- 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Robotics Training, STEM Education, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge and teaching interest may also apply.
- Proficiency in English and Marathi is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Python, Scratch, C Programming, or similar platforms.
- Experience in conducting school-level training sessions.
- Participation in robotics competitions, exhibitions, or technical projects.
