Roblox Developer

We’re looking for a skilled Roblox Developer to join our team and help build high-quality, engaging Roblox experiences from the ground up.

The ideal candidate should be confident with Roblox Studio and Lua/Luau, understand game systems, and be able to turn ideas into polished, playable experiences.

What you’ll work on

- Building and improving Roblox games and experiences
- Developing gameplay systems, mechanics, UI, shops, inventories, and progression systems
- Writing clean and efficient Luau code
- Fixing bugs and optimizing game performance
- Integrating monetization features such as Game Passes and Developer Products
- Working with designers and other team members to bring new concepts to life
- Helping us test new ideas and continuously improve player retention and engagement




- Using AI tools where useful to speed up development, testing, and problem-solving

What we’re looking for

- Strong Roblox Studio experience
- Valuable knowledge of Lua/Luau
- Previous Roblox projects or a portfolio you can show
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Understanding of multiplayer systems and client/server architecture
- Ability to work independently and deliver consistently
- Creative mindset and interest in building games that can scale

Experience with DataStore, RemoteEvents, UI development, animations, APIs, analytics, or Roblox monetization is a strong advantage.
