Love bringing structure to chaos? Join our Resource Management Group and own how talent gets deployed across our business units — from forecasting and bench strength to utilization and pipeline readiness.
What you'll do:
? Drive strategic workforce planning to fuel project success
? Partner with Client Partners, Portfolio Leads, HR & Recruitment to close resourcing gaps fast
? Build dashboards (Power BI/Excel) that give leadership real-time visibility
? Spot skill gaps early and redeploy/upskill talent proactively
What you bring:
✅ 4–7 years in resource management, workforce planning, or staffing (IT/consulting background a plus)
✅ Strong understanding on IT technologies & sharp instincts for mapping the right resource to the right project
✅ Power BI/Excel proficiency + outstanding stakeholder management
