Position: Rice Mill Supervisor

Experience: 3–8 years

Job Location: Balimunda, Basudevpur, Bhadrak

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily rice mill production and processing activities.
- Monitor production targets, quality, and wastage.
- Manage and coordinate mill workers and shift activities.
- Ensure proper operation of machinery and timely maintenance.
- Monitor raw paddy, finished rice, by-products, and stock movement.
- Maintain daily production and stock records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with the mill manager, accountant, and other departments.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective action.
- Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the mill.

Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in a rice mill or food-processing industry.
- Valuable knowledge of rice milling and production processes.
- Ability to manage workers and handle day-to-day operations.
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
