Rewards — own the strategy:

? Partner with leadership on high-visibility rewards decisions that influence retention and cost strategy

? Contribute to creating our rewards playbook — that directly shapes business outcomes





? Build and refine STI and LTI frameworks that align reward with performance

? Help shape career architecture and frameworks

? Coordinate with business and HR teams on talent initiatives

What we're looking for:

✅ MBA (HR/relevant specialization)

✅ 1–2 years of established experience in HR consulting

✅ Strong analytical thinking — able to structure a problem before a template exists for it

✅ Certified Excel Ninja

✅ Comfort operating in ambiguity

Big plus:

⭐ Prior HR consulting background

⭐ A track record of creating clarity and structure out of undefined, messy problems
