About the Role

As the Manager, Revenue Operations, you will play a crucial role in optimizing revenue processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and driving efficiency across our revenue operations. Beyond operational oversight, this role centers on independently analyzing complex financial, BU, and operational data to produce actionable insights that directly shape strategic decisions.

You will own BU-level P&L; analysis, lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, and partner closely with Business Unit (BU) heads and Operations teams. We are seeking a self-driven financial leader who can independently dive deep into revenue data, evaluate contract models (T&M;, Fixed Price, Retainer), identify root causes behind performance trends, and translate raw numbers into explicit, impactful business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Independent Data Analysis & Actionable Insights (Core Focus)

- Independently perform deep-dive quantitative analyses across large, multi-source revenue, margin, and operational datasets.
- Extract actionable insights from financial data, proactively identifying revenue risks, margin leaks, and growth opportunities.
- Synthesize complex financial data into concise executive summaries and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
- Translate variance patterns and operational metrics into concrete, actionable strategies for BU Heads, Sales, and Delivery teams.

Revenue Analysis, Financial Reporting & P&L; Management

- Oversee BU-level P&L; analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue reporting cycles.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606) and company policies.
- Analyze financial performance across diverse engagement models, including fixed price, T&M;, and retainer contracts.
- Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to forecast revenue streams, costs, and BU profitability.

Cross-Functional Business Partnering

- Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Insights teams to ensure alignment on revenue forecasts,



bookings, and reporting.
- Partner with Business Heads to monitor revenue streams, margins, and operational KPIs to optimize financial performance.
- Maintain strict data integrity across revenue systems and databases by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.

Process Improvement & Automation

- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline revenue operations workflows and enhance forecasting efficiency.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for revenue recognition and financial reporting.
- Contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches.

Qualifications & Key Skills

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 810 years of experience in revenue operations, financial analysis, or FP&A; roles within the IT/ITES industry.
- Analytical Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to independently analyze complex data, conduct root-cause financial analysis, and frame actionable recommendations.
- Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of IT/ITES revenue models, cost structures, and contractual mechanics (Fixed Price, T&M;, Retainer).
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling with extensive experience handling large datasets.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
