Empanelment Open Freelance Advocates | All Districts of Tamil Nadu A leading legal-tech firm serving Banks, NBFCs, HFCs and SFBs is building a district-level advocate network across Tamil Nadu. We are onboarding practising Advocates on a freelance, per-assignment basis for property title work.

Scope of Work

Verification of original title documents (physical vetting)

Sub-Registrar Office searches — EC, certified copies, deed verification

Supporting inputs for title opinions on loan applications

Who Should Apply

Practising Advocate with 1–15 years’ experience

Familiarity with Banking & Property laws

Working knowledge of local SRO procedures

Available across the districts you cover
