Key Responsibilities
? Drive Sales & Operations: Manage end-to-end daily store operations to achieve and exceed key revenue targets.
? Lead & Mentor: Hire, onboard, and train new team members; delegate daily tasks and share sales best practices to elevate store performance.
? Inventory & Cash Control: Oversee inventory tracking, stock audits, cash reconciliation, and shrink prevention.
?️ Customer Experience & Marketing: Execute in-store marketing promotions and champion exceptional service standards.
?️ Safety & Compliance:
Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and visual merchandising guidelines.
Must-Have Qualifications
? Education: MBA from a Tier I or Tier II Institute (Mandatory)
? Experience: 3 to 8 years of core retail and store management experience.
⚡ Skills: Strong sales acumen, team-building capabilities, operational efficiency, and outstanding communication skills.
