The Salesperson role is a full-time, on-site position based in Trivandrum. The Salesperson will engage with retail customers. We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our offline store team. The ideal candidate will create an outstanding shopping experience, maintain product displays, achieve sales targets, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations while representing the SRM Chips brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

- Direct sales and building long-term consumer relationships.

- Candidates should possess skills in communication, negotiation, and basic presentation to effectively showcase products and offers.

- Candidates should possess skills in inventory awareness, order tracking, and basic record-keeping to support daily sales operations.

- Candidates should possess basic numerical skills to handle billing, discounts, and reconciliation of daily sales.

- Previous experience in retail sales, food product sales, or FMCG distribution is beneficial.

- Ability to work in office in Trivandrum, including weekends or peak hours as required, with a customer-focused attitude.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
