We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to handle customers, drive sales, and ensure an excellent shopping experience. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the overall presentation of the store.

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom/store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and specifications.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations,



and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with inventory/store teams to ensure product availability.
- Maintain proper product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with billing and delivery teams for smooth order processing.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated about products, competitors, and market trends.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
