for Analyst

Support Asset Protection operations by monitoring alarms, handling incident response activities, conducting fraud investigations, managing video evidence requests, and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and respond to intrusion, life safety, environmental, and system health alarms.
- Coordinate emergency dispatch activities with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency responders.
- Perform alarm troubleshooting, user management, and system administration activities.
- Manage service tickets, alarm audits, and technical support activities.
- Investigate exception-based alerts, suspicious transactions, and fraud-related activities using approved platforms.
- Review transaction data, surveillance footage, and incident reports to support investigations.
- Create and maintain investigation case files and supporting documentation.
- Retrieve, review, package, and archive video evidence supporting claims and legal requests.




- Maintain chain-of-custody records and evidence management standards.
- Produce operational reports while ensuring SLA and compliance adherence.

Lead end-to-end Asset Protection Services, overseeing Alarm Monitoring, Emergency Response, Fraud Investigations, Exception-Based Analytics, Video Evidence Management, Claims Support, and Compliance Governance. Drive operational excellence, transformation, and business value realization.

Key Responsibilities

- Define operational strategy, governance frameworks, and service performance standards.
- Manage executive stakeholder relationships and client governance.
- Ensure compliance with UL Certification, audit requirements, data privacy regulations, and business continuity standards.
- Drive transformation initiatives through automation, advanced analytics, AI-enabled investigations, and digital modernization.
- Govern key operational metrics including alarm response times, false dispatch reductions, case closure performance, video retrieval SLAs, and investigation outcomes.
- Lead risk management, compliance reviews, regulatory audits, and business continuity planning.
- Manage resource strategy, workforce planning, financial performance, and operational budgets.
- Sponsor continuous improvement programs focused on productivity, risk reduction, and customer experience.
- Develop leadership pipelines, succession plans, and organizational capabilities.
